RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
PSS is happy to exchange or return any full priced, unworn merchandise within 7 days from the date received. After Pay orders are eligible for a credit note exchange only. All merchandise must be returned in their original packaging, free of damage. Refunds will be issued for the cost of the item and exclude any original shipping costs. Please note we do not accept returns or exchange for change of mind, for any sale items or for any custom orders (unless deemed faulty). Please choose carefully and be sure to refer to our size guides.
All return costs are at the customer’s expense. PSS is not responsible for return shipping costs. All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface before wear and until you are certain you are keeping them.All exchanges are based on stock availability and may incur additional wait time for your order to be made. PSS reserves the right to refuse a return if the merchandise in question do not meet our standards.
To make a return or exchange
- Email us at email@example.com to let us know the item you wish to return and for return authorization
- A confirmation email will be sent including our return address and the details and instructions for returning your merchandise. We require that all merchandise must be returned within 7 business days from the date we send your confirmation email. All returns must be delivered by a delivery service that has tracking capabilities and requires a signature upon delivery.
- Once we receive the merchandise you will either be issued a full refund or we will process your exchange.
If a product is faulty we will ask you to return the merchandise to us for assessment. We will endeavor to repair or replace the faulty item. Failing this we will refund for the original amount.
We are not able to repair/exchange/refund items that have been damaged due to general wear and tear or incorrect use.
