Cut-Off Dates for Made to Order Styles
To ensure your made-to-order shoes arrive in time, please note the following deadlines:

Last Day for Made to order styles: Sunday, 24th November. This applies to all styles not currently listed as available on our website.
For Non-Melbourne Customers: Your made to order deadline is one month prior to your shipping cut-off date, depending on your location.

Shipping Cut-Off Dates by Location
The shipping cut-off date depends on your destination. If delivery is outside a capital city or metro area, your order cut-off is one month before the shipping deadline. Please find the relevant dates below:

Domestic Shipping

Remote WA and NT: Monday, 9th December
Other Remote Areas: Wednesday, 11th December
Regional & Perth Deliveries: Friday, 13th December
National (Australia-wide): Monday, 16th December
Near Metro Areas: Wednesday, 18th December
Melbourne: Friday, 20th December

International Shipping

Rest of the World: Friday, 29th November
Major European Destinations: Tuesday, 10th December
US, Canada, and UK: Friday, 13th December
New Zealand: Monday, 16th December

Please note that these dates are final, and no exceptions can be made.

Store Pickup & Holiday Hours
The last day for in-store pickups is Monday, 23rd December. Our shop will be open from 11am to 4pm on that day. The factory and store will be closed from 24th December to 6th January.

Missed the Cut-Off?
We’ll be stocking a selection of popular styles during the holiday season. If a style is available, “In Stock” will be displayed beneath the “Add to Cart” button on the website.

Gift Wrapping
For gift wrapping, simply purchase “Gift wrapping” to your cart.

Christmas Return Policy
Our return policy will be extended for the holiday season. To request a return, email us within 7 days from 7th January with the order number.

Exchanges: Offered for different styles or sizes.
Credit Notes: Available upon request.

Refunds are available only if the shoes are deemed faulty. For full details, please review our Return Policy.
