RETURN POLICY

We offer returns or exchanges of full-priced, unworn items that are lodged within 7 days of receiving your order. All items must be in their original packaging and free from damage.

While we do not offer refunds for change of mind, we are happy to exchange or provide a credit note.

We do not offer returns or exchanges on sale items or custom orders (unless deemed faulty).

AfterPay orders are only eligible for exchange or a credit note.

Please note, exchanges are subject to stock availability. Refunds are issued for the cost of the item only - you will not be refunded for shipping costs.

All returns are made at the customer’s own expense. We are not responsible for return shipping costs.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item in question does not meet our standards. With this in mind, all shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface before wear.

We do not exchange or refund items damaged due to general wear and tear, or incorrect use. We offer repairs for damage at a cost.

How to make a return or exchange:

  1. Email us at hello@postsole.com within 7 days of receiving your order and let us know the item you wish to return.
  2. We will send you an email confirmation with our return address and details for returning your item.
  3. Return the item within 7 days of receiving the email confirmation. All returns must be delivered by a delivery service that has tracking capabilities and requires a signature upon delivery.
  4. Once we have received your return, we will process your exchange, credit note, or refund.

If you believe your item is faulty, please return it to us for assessment. Firstly, we will endeavour to repair or replace the faulty item. Failing this, we will refund you the original amount.
